I'm Selina Eizik — a top 1% marketer with more than 25 years building and scaling marketing functions, and the founder of AgentMoves, the AI marketing platform purpose-built for top-producing real estate agents.

From Conductor + WeWork to real estate

Before AgentMoves, I was a co-founder, C-Suite executive, and COO at Conductor, the enterprise SEO and content marketing platform, from 2018 to 2022. That run included Conductor's acquisition by WeWork in July 2018 and the team's famous management buyback in December 2019, then scaling the business as an independent SaaS through 2022. That stretch put me inside one of the largest real estate and coworking operators on the planet while running operations for a category-defining search and content platform. Real estate + search has been in my DNA ever since.

Why I focus on AEO for real estate

Real estate is the most relationship-driven industry in the world, and it's also one of the most discovery-driven. Buyers and sellers don't pick the agent they know — they pick the agent they find, then verify. For 20 years that meant Google. For the next 10, it will increasingly mean ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and whatever comes next.

Most agents are still optimizing for the old discovery layer. That's the gap. Answer Engine Optimization — AEO — is how agents become the names that AI tools recommend when a buyer asks "who's the best realtor in [neighborhood]?". It's structured content, citations, reviews, and authority — the same ingredients as great marketing, but tuned for a new audience: the machines doing the recommending.
